Resident Technical Officer (Architectural, LTA Project)

- Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings and material submissions, ensuring site works are carried out in accordance with approved requirements.
- Supervise and inspect architectural works, workmanship and materials on site, ensuring compliance with LTA standards, contract specifications and approved designs.
- Coordinate with the Consultant, Contractor, subcontractors and other disciplines to resolve architectural interfaces, RFIs, technical queries and site issues.
- Monitor construction progress, identify defects, non-conforming works and delays, and follow up on rectification and completion activities.
- Maintain inspection and site records, provide regular progress updates, attend site meetings, and support testing, completion and handover of architectural works.
Requirements:
- Registered Resident Technical Officer (Architecture)
- Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of construction supervision experience on MRT, railway, LTA, infrastructure or major building projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction, materials, finishes, drawings, specifications and site coordination, with familiarity with LTA requirements and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with Consultants, Contractors and LTA project teams.
