Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits, measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback or installation-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Sales team, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising installation works, preferably in soft furnishing projects.
- Knowledge in measuring curtains and blinds will be a big plus.
- Comfortable working on-site and travelling to project sites when required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
