Job Summary
We seek motivated kitchen support for our Mediterranean restaurant on Club Street, specializing in Spanish, Italian, and Greek cuisine, to join a small, friendly team focused on fresh ingredients and quality cooking.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes using fresh ingredients to meet restaurant standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately to ensure consistent food quality
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to support timely service
- Demonstrate commitment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Listen actively and learn from supervisors and peers to improve culinary skills
- Some dishwashing is part of the job
