Perform general accounting, administrative, and clerical duties.
Assist with invoices, payments, receipts, and transaction records.
Support day-to-day accounts administration and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with updating project Profit & Loss (P&L) records and related financial information.
Maintain project records, databases, files, and documentation in an organised manner.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project personnel to obtain quotations, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist with procurement activities and maintain project-related purchasing documentation.
Prepare and maintain accurate digital and physical records for accounting and administrative purposes.
Assist with HR and workers’ administrative documentation and records.
Assist with accounting tasks using UBS accounting software; knowledge of UBS is an advantage.
Provide general administrative and accounting support to management and project teams.
Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
