- Position Title: Social Media Marketing Executive
- Working Location: Ubi (Near to the MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday (8.30am – 6pm), Tuesday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce engaging videos for TikTok and Instagram that align the company’s brand identity.
- Generate and execute content concepts, including writing scripts, shooting videos, and editing.
- Keep updated of the latest trends, challenges, and developments on social media platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports the overall social media objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media content, identifying areas for enhancement and expansion.
- Participate in brainstorming and developing new social media initiatives.
- Be well-presented and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Plans the social media calendar and assist with mentoring digital Interns.

- At least Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Data Analytics or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG Industry.
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing is an added advantage.
- Good skills in digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing strategy.
- Competence in managing online advertising efforts and analyzing data to improve outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to convert marketing insights into actionable objectives.
