Manufacturing Engineer (Project & Engineering) - Medical Device Manufacturing / East Area

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a multiple headcounts of Manufacturing Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and engineering projects.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documents, including BOM, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Perform process validation, equipment qualification, and support PFMEA activities.
- Provide technical support to resolve production, equipment, and process-related issues.
- Implement engineering changes, process improvements, CAPA, and non-conformance corrective actions.
- Analyse production data and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train production personnel on manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and improvement projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Min 2 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and PFMEA.
- Exposure to NPI, R&D, or engineering projects would be advantageous.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
