Senior Application Analyst - 12 month Contract

Note: This is 12 months contract with MNC Client
Responsibilities:
- Work with QR, Biz Users and project Team and Perform A&D work for Credit Risk, Basel and iFRS9 applications and list out the changes needed in these applications due to the change requests
- Support and enhance existing Informatica environment and develops new, complex ETL processes to support additional design, development and deployment of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Data Marts.
- Responsible for the operational support of Informatica Metadata Manager including but not limited to automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, maintenance, patches, upgrades, security, performance and administration.
- Support user acceptance test activities along with code migration, job scheduling activities as per the internal processes.
- Work with other data analysts, business users and IT professionals to ensure that data requirements are met with the highest degree of integrity and efficiency.
- Ensure that documentation is captured, maintained, understood by and available to business and/or IT partners
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution.
- Proficiency in Informatica Power Center 10.x in an AIX, Solaris environment with AS400/Oracle source and targets.
- Experience on Credit, BASEL & iFRS9 related projects and should have knowledge on Basel risk variables like EAD, LGD, PD, ECL, RWA etc.
- Understanding of development life cycle methodology and ability to successfully deliver Informatica assignments.
- Knowledge in Unix scripting would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to database tuning would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Experian PCCM product is an added advantage.
