Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3800
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inter-company orders, monitor backlogs and ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.
- Prepare and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Identify logistics improvements and shipment consolidation opportunities to optimise costs.
- Perform weekly/monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Manage order-to-cash processes and maintain accurate records.
- Provide sales and administrative support, including forecasts and delivery reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with 3 years of strong supply chain & logistics or related experience
- Proficiency in ERP & CRM Systems (E.g. Oracle, Sales Force) and MS Excel
