Our client, an established company in the marine telecommunication industry, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate sales project activities
- Prepare and submit sales quotes and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate quote processing
- Provide customer service; answer customers’ queries via calls, emails etc
- Provide timely updates to customers on inventory and delivery status
- Assist to resolve any issues with customers in a prompt manner
- Generate reports and maintain relevant reports
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, order fulfilment or equivalent
- Some experience in project management is advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
