Lead, Marketing Campaigns

We are looking for a Lead, Marketing Campaigns to shape the marketing &affordability strategies across our global brands (Foodora, Foodpanda,Yemeksepeti). This role is pivotal to accelerating user growth, increasing platform engagement, and delivering commercial impact.
You will bridge overarching business goals with campaign strategy, working closely with cross-functional partners to enhance visibility, elevate campaign performance, and drive operational efficiency through smart workflows andAI-enabled solutions.
What You Will Deliver:
Campaign Strategy &Growth
● Translate overall country goals into actionable promotional strategies that accelerateMonthly Active User (MAU) acquisition, frequency, and other more KPIs, acrossFood & Quick Commerce
● Leverage learnings to create scalableregional campaign frameworks, ensuring consistency, local relevance, and strongexecution across all markets.
Performance Management
● Closely collaborate with marketing analytics team to establish & maintain performance management standards for campaigns across all markets and business verticals
● Monitor& optimize campaign performance through collaboration with local teams
● Leverage AI tools and automated reporting workflows to streamline campaign tracking, reduce operational workload, and accelerate decision-making.
Budget & Vendor MixOptimization
● Maintain oversight of campaign budgets, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable returns.
● Curate and manage an effective promotional vendor mix that drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, and order expansion.
Commercial Impact
● Understand customer, vendor, and platform angle to create win-win programs
● Partner closely with the commercial team on joint business plans and top-brand proposals to unlock shared growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
● 5–7years of experience in campaign management, growth or generalist marketing,strategy, or a related field within a fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing platform.
● Proven track record of launching, scaling, and impactful 360 projects with clear business impact to your department or organisation (e.g., ROI, MAU, GMV growth).
● Strong strategic mindset with a problem-solving mentality.
● Ability to extract insights from complex performance data to identify funnel bottlenecks and optimize channel strategy in real time.
● Experience or strong interest in integrating AI capabilities, smart automation, and workflow optimizations to maximize output and team performance.
● Proven track record of cross-functional and cross-country collaboration with colleagues across various levels, leading projects involving multiple teams and influencing senior stakeholders
● Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating across regional markets in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
