Job Scope & Key Responsibilities 工作范围与主要职责
• Monitor all assigned staff social media accounts daily
每日监控所负责员工的社交媒体账号
• Verify that each staff member has completed required postsaccording to company guidelines
确认员工是否按照公司要求完成指定的社交媒体发布
• Ensure posts meet required standards (content, quality,hashtags, tagging, timing, etc.)
确保发布内容符合公司标准（内容、质量、标签、@标记、发布时间等）
• Maintain an accurate weekly posting tracker
维护每周发布记录表，确保数据准确
• Submit weekly compliance report before incentiveprocessing
在奖金/激励发放前提交每周合规报告
• Inform managers of staff who did not fulfill postingrequirements
通知管理层未完成发布任务的员工
• Remind staff of missing or incomplete posts beforedeadline
在截止日期前提醒员工补交或完成发布
• Archive screenshots or records as supporting documentation
保存截图或记录作为相关证明文件
• Report repeated non-compliance or irregularities
汇报多次违规或异常情况
Requirements 任职要求
• Organized and detail-oriented
做事有条理，注重细节
• Active user of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu,or similar platforms
熟悉并活跃于Instagram、Facebook、TikTok、小红书等平台
• Good communication and follow-up skills
具备良好的沟通及跟进能力
• Honest, objective, and able to maintain confidentiality

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
