Job Description
- Attend to patients’ enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system.
- Provide assistance such as arranging wheelchairs for patients when needed.
- Identify and tag fall-risk patients; distribute face masks and perform temperature screening for patients with flu-like symptoms.
- Promote and educate patients on the use of self-service kiosks and mobile applications.
- Assist with or perform basic measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure when required.
- Support patients with wayfinding and handle general enquiries.
- Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Service-oriented mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
