Responsibilities for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
- Perform Scrub and/or Anaesthetic Unit (AU) nursing responsibilities in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and efficient patient transfer before and after surgery.
- Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients' conditions.
- Participate in the review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
- Willing to support a range of surgical disciplines.
- Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
