Responsibilities for Staff Nurse (Intensive Care Unit):
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor patients' conditions, administer nursing interventions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Comply with infection prevention and control measures, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Staff Nurse (Intensive Care Unit):
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
- Keen to develop a career in Critical Care nursing.
- Prior ICU experience is an advantage but not required.
- Candidates with at least 3 years of acute hospital nursing experience in areas such as Accident & Emergency (A&E), Operating Theatre (OT), Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G), Inpatient Wards, or other relevant clinical specialties are encouraged to apply.
