Export Customer Service Executive (CargoWise, Freight Forwarding, East)

- Provide excellent customer service, ensure timely flight updates (within 1 hour), and promptly handle calls and shipment irregularities.
- Manage export documentation, ensure compliance, apply permits, and follow SOPs for all shipments.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth operations and special shipment arrangements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proficient in using CargoWise system.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
