Import Customer Service Executive (CargoWise, Freight Forwarding, East)

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd
- Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with airlines and vendors.
- Serve as the main customer contact, providing shipment updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, SLAs, and internal procedures while monitoring shipment performance.
- Support process improvements and mentor junior staff, ensuring accurate records, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in airfreight operations, covering import shipments .
- Proficiency in Cargowise system and Microsoft Office applications
- Good working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, airfreight documentation, and customs compliance.
