Line Leader

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Supervisor to lead a team of production operators to run daily production processes and maintain discipline level on production floor
- Assist Production Supervisor to plan and deploy manpower accordingly and to achieve daily production target
- Ensure production operators follow SOP and instruction strictly
- Able to monitor product quality and communicate effectively with Engineering Team if support is needed
- Able to support overtime to fulfil customer order if necessary
- Able to perform simple maintenance on equipment or tools if necessary
Requirements:
- Min primary / secondary school with 2 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Team player
- SAP Knowledge and Data Entry
