Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules and site activities with internal teams, contractors, clients, and suppliers.

Conduct incoming material inspections and on-site installation inspections for renovation works.

Prepare accurate AutoCAD (DWG) drawings to support project implementation and claim submissions.

Compile and prepare project claim documents and supporting technical documentation.

Submit monthly project claim reports and related documentation on schedule.

Attend site verification with main contractors and clients to verify project claims, technical drawings, and work progress.

Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding site issues to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain proper records of technical drawings, inspection reports, and project documentation.

Ensure project documentation complies with project requirements and company procedures.

Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Proficient in AutoCAD, including the preparation of DWG drawings.

Familiar with renovation or construction site coordination, material inspection, and project documentation.

Able to prepare, compile, and submit project claim documents independently.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively with contractors, clients, and project teams.

Basic English communication skills to prepare project documentation and communicate with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment.
