Job Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers in managing corporate banking clients and daily account servicing matters
Assist with account opening, KYC documentation, periodic reviews, and maintenance of client records
Prepare and coordinate credit applications, credit reviews, limit setups, and related documentation
Liaise with internal teams such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure smooth transaction processing and service delivery
Support client onboarding and assist customers with internet banking and digital banking platforms
Handle post-lending administration, including documentation tracking, covenant monitoring, and reporting
Assist in preparing management reports, client presentations, and internal documentation
Participate in system testing and support process improvement initiatives when required
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks assigned by the team or management
Job Requirements
Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, trade finance, or related financial services
Basic understanding of corporate banking products, credit processes, and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail with good organisational and multitasking skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to support Chinese-speaking clients
Positive attitude, strong learning mindset, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
