Admin Support (Ang Mo Kio)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, deliveries, mail and parcels.
- Attend to unwell pupils and provide basic first aid when required.
- Manage reception supplies, lost & found items, and sale/loan of pupils' items.
- Maintain records, data, statistics and filing.
- Manage the school's generic email account and respond to routine enquiries.
- Provide general administrative support as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) (Dec 2027 to Nov 2028)
Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of ½ hour
lunch break.
Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted
public holidays.
