IT Support Assistant (ERP Project) | Contract

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Assistant (6-Month Contract)to support our Odoo 19 ERP implementation. You will coordinate UAT, go-live and hypercare activities, track system defects, liaise with vendors, validate fixes, and prepare user guides and training materials. This is a project support role focused on digital transformation, not data entry.
This is a Contract for Service position. Salary/fees may differ depending on the job applicant's experience and knowledge.Why Join Us?

Collaborate with users, management and vendors to drive meaningful process improvements
Core Responsibilities:
Log defects with clear, step-by-step reproduction details
Track defects through to resolution and keep the defect log up to date
Retest fixes once delivered and confirm resolution
Chase and follow up on outstanding vendor deliverables and responses
Prepare and maintain user guides and training materials across the different project stages
Support UAT execution and go-live / hypercare activities as directed
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the IT Manager
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT or business-related fields (or equivalent)
Comfortable using business software and able to learn a new ERP system quickly
Organised and detail-oriented in logging, tracking and retesting issues
Clear written communication for documenting defects and steps to reproduce
Basic spreadsheet skills; SQL or ERP exposure is a plus but not required
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Reliable, proactive and service-oriented
