Job Responsibilities:
1. Learning & Development
* Provide Learning and Development administration support.
* Responsible for internal and external training administration/records in the system.
* Training grant administration.
* Liaise with vendors on training details.
2. Employee Engagement
* Assist in all employee engagement activities and projects, including recreation activities, year-end dinner, etc.
3. Recruitment
* Post job openings on career portals (iCIMS, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Conduct initial screening of resumes.
* Schedule and conduct interviews.
* Support onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, closing jobs and creating employee databases.
4. New Hire Onboarding
* Liaise with new hires on pre-employment medical examinations and collect complete documents for P-files, payroll, etc.
* Follow up on new hire preparation in SharePoint to activate relevant departments for new onboarding.
* Upload new staff announcements on the Intranet.
* Arrange and conduct first-day and quarterly orientations for new hires.
* Handle applications and renewals where applicable.
5. Payroll
* Administer payroll by furnishing payroll inputs to outsourced payroll vendors and verifying payroll details.
6. Termination / Offboarding
* Prepare acceptance of resignation, acknowledgement of non-disclosure and exit checklist.
* Coordinate with third parties to furnish information for exit interviews.
* Update iCIMS and email the resignee list to relevant departments.
7. HRIS
* Administer and manage the full suite of HRIS systems, including IT system training, leave (SAGE), time management, employee claims (JustLogin) and time clocking system (Cirtrix 2000).
* Manage physical personnel files, including opening P-files for new hires and closing P-files for exit cases.
8. HR Administration
* Provide HR administration support such as processing invoices for payments and other duties as directed.
9. Benefits Administration
* Support benefits administration.
10. Staff Meetings
* Support quarterly staff meetings and logistics management.
11. Vendor Management
* Manage vendors providing employee services, including buses, vending machines and fruits.
12. Other
* Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
* Minimum diploma in HR, Business Administration or other related qualifications.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* At least 1 year of HR experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiar with local employment legislation.
