Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend drinks and menu items based on customer preferences.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as required.
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock reconciliation.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender, Bar Assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, beer, and other beverage products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with bartending work in an office-setting
