Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Condominium General Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the condominium's common areas. The successful candidate will ensure that residents and visitors enjoy a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, including lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, function rooms, gym, clubhouse, management office, and other shared facilities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
- Clean glass panels, windows, mirrors, handrails, and doors.
- Empty rubbish bins and replace bin liners.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, including replenishing soap, tissue paper, and other consumables.
- Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Assist in cleaning outdoor areas such as walkways, drop-off points, and surrounding compound.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
- Perform any other cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial buildings is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to communicate basic English/Malay/Chinese.
Working Hours
- 5.5/6 days work week
- Working hours: As assigned by the company/site
