System Service Engineer
Yokogawa Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Yokogawa control systems (CentumVP, Prosafe RS, Stardom, Fast/Tools, CI server) run and maintenance / engineering activities including Yokogawa virtualization system
- Interface with End users for system run and maintenance / engineering activities including modification
- Provide Value-added service / engineering solutions to meet End-users' expectations, such as liaise with 3rdParty systems, Network security etc.
- Develop modification / details design specifications for Controls, HMI, 3rd Party Sub-systems integration, Foundation Field bus, Wireless, System Sizing including L2/L3 Network Design, Test Procedures.
- Responsible for service / engineering standardization with Quality requirements
- Supervise/participate in the application engineering generation & debugging activities, modification activities
- Conduct Software Prototype / Factory Acceptance Tests/ 3rd party subsystem interface tests / Site Acceptance Tests.
- Participate in the internal work process improvement activities.
Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in DCS Engineering activities and at least 2 years of experience in a Lead position for Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals / Offshore / Power Projects
- Prior Experience in DCS Application configuration, Computer networking, 3rd party Subsystems integration.
- Experience on Yokogawa's systems, Field-bus engineering, OPC integration, PIMS (Exaquantum) will be an added advantage.
- Able to multi-task to meet the job delivery requirements.
