QA Engineer
Yokogawa Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Assist QA Manager in overseeing departmental operations and quality system effectiveness.
- Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions and Root Cause Analysis activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and prepare detailed reports.
- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
- Manage suppliers' quality issues, including coordination with international suppliers.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with QHSE ISO standards
- Utilize quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support cross-site quality alignment, including travel to Batam facility.
- Analyze quality data and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to lead investigations and communicate findings effectively
- Willing to travel to Batam frequently
