Recruitment Consultant (Tech Recruitment | On-Site Project)

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our on-site recruitment project team supporting a client in Changi Business Park. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience in Technology industry , who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple vacancies at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing activities for assigned technology positions through various recruitment channels.
- Review and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Work closely with the TA/HRBP Lead to support recruitment requirements and hiring timelines.
- Post and manage job advertisements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Meet monthly sourcing and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of technology recruitment experience is preferred.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the TA team.
- CEI certification is an advantage.
What We Offer
- Salary of SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,500 per month , depending on experience.
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in in-house/on-sitetechnology recruitment .
- Potential for contract renewal and/or conversion , subject to performance and business requirements.
