JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT/FULL-TIME)
Key responsibilities will cover:
- Manage the full trade lifecycle for equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Work with brokers and custodians to resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and operational discrepancies
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash and positions across internal and external systems
- Basic office administrative support including some day-to-day office requirements alongside colleagues, such as office supplies, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
Job Requirements:
- A polytechnic level academic qualification or equivalent, with an authorization to work in Singapore
- A team player with detailed-driven, responsible, and proactive
- Deadline-oriented to meet time-sensitive reporting requirements
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
