Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone and online enquiries from visitors and guests, including visitor registration and providing necessary information or directions.
- Greet and attend to all visitors and guests, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and requests.
- Communicate guests’ requests and enquiries to the relevant internal teams and follow up to ensure timely responses.
- Perform administrative duties, including billing, updating guest records, managing facility bookings, preparing shift handovers and maintaining reports.
- Assist with general front desk and guest service operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant hospitality or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
- Positive and warm personality with a strong service mindset and patience when serving elderly guests.
- Professional and personable demeanour.
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
