Job Summary

You will process and maintain quality control of food products in a manufacturing environment, operate and maintain food processing equipment, and perform food preparation tasks including mixing, blending, cutting, washing, frying, cleaning, and packing.

Responsibilities

• Process food products and maintain quality control to ensure consistent product standards in a manufacturing environment
• Operate and maintain food processing equipment such as conveyors, continuous fryers, and continuous hot oil filters to support production efficiency
• Perform food preparation tasks including mixing, blending, cutting, washing, frying, cleaning, and packing to meet production targets
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced production setting
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food Processing or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Food processing experience is preferred
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin to facilitate communication
• Demonstrate teamwork, strong work ethic, commitment, good interpersonal skills, and proactivity
• Mature, self-motivated, and possess a pleasant personality
