- Location: Central area
Responsibilities
- Support business development initiatives to drive organisational growth and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referring physicians and corporate clients.
- Coordinate meetings, networking events, healthcare talks and other business development activities.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and maintain accurate referral and client databases.
- Support digital marketing, branding and promotional activities as required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to clinic services when needed.
- Assist with appointment coordination, patient enquiries and billing-related matters where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of business development and day-to-day operations.
- Support ad-hoc business development projects and other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proactive, positive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
