Inventory Executive
We are looking for an proactive, detail-minded professional to bridge purchasing, sales, and logistics teams. You will play a vital role in balancing supply and demand while managing our system-wide data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update inventory data in the system e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments promptly and correctly.
- Data verification with internal team and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy. Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Generate regular inventory reports, summarizing key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
- Identify and analyse trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making.
- Administrative Export Duties support, i.e., billing and documentations follow up. Wecruit Pte Ltd
