Our client is a well-established cosmetics manufacturing company. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, printing, mailing, and courier arrangements.
- Coordinate the renewal of insurance policies, permits, certifications, and other company-related documentation.
- Liaise with vendors on equipment purchases, maintenance, servicing, and asset management.
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) using the SAP system.
- Support HR administration, including attendance tracking, leave records, employee data management, and HR-related purchases.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including preparing application forms and coordinating recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new employees, including orientation, workstation setup, and system access.
- Organize employee training, annual medical check-ups, staff welfare initiatives, company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Support ISO and GMP documentation, compliance activities, and policy administration.
- Prepare meeting minutes for departmental and ISO meetings.
- Perform courier packing and shipment coordination.
- Carry out any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Management team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Info-Tech HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Experience using SAP for Purchase Orders is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
