Accounts Associate

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants
- Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages
- Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll
- Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts
- Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Assist in providing financial management services
- Solve complex accounting issues from time to time
- Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in accounting outsourcing practice
- Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, audit processes, and MAS regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
