Job Description

- Position Title: Production Supervisor
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Line Leaders and Operators to meet daily production output and efficiency targets.
- Plan manpower and 12-hour rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Guide Line Leaders in training new staff on work procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards.
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalation of technical issues to reduce downtime.
- Ensure smooth operation of batching, dumping, and packing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, and quality requirements.
- Verify product sampling, in-process quality checks, production records, and Navision entries.
- Maintain good housekeeping, 5S standards, waste collection, and recycling activities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
- Experience in food manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Able to lead Production Operators and Line Leaders.
- Basic knowledge of production machinery, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
