Job Description
- Assisting the Executive Chef/ Head Chef with daily operations
- Overseeing at least 3 outlets in terms of daily operations, training, ordering, food wastage control, etc
- Ensure proper opening and/or closing of the ktichen while adhering to Company SOP
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements
- Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a kitchen specialising in Western cuisine (Pizza, Pasta, etc)
- Good team player and self-motivated
- 6 OFF days per month
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
- Split shift required
