Job Scope:
- Lead laboratory operations and supervise Lab Analysts and Technicians
- Review analytical results, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, cGMP, GDP, and quality standards
- Manage laboratory procedures, equipment, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support LIMS administration, laboratory projects, and staff training
- Coordinate laboratory resources and drive operational excellence
Requirements:
- Degree in Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Quality Control Laboratory experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical
- Willing to travel when required - nearby countries
