Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Job Scope:
- Oversee the daily operations and deployment of approximately 20 Ward Service Associates together with another supervisor
- Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained
- Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements
- Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness
- Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders
- Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues
- Lead service quality improvement initiatives
- Support other operational duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience
