* Handle day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
* Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
* Prepare and maintain employment contracts, staff records, HR forms and related documents.
* Coordinate monthly payroll, salary payments, leave, attendance and employee benefits.
* Handle applications, renewals, amendments and cancellations of work passes, including Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit.
* Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are properly filed and updated.
* Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Coordinate medical examinations, insurance, work pass requirements and other employee-related matters.
* Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws and MOM requirements.
* Liaise with government agencies such as MOM and IRAS when required.
* Handle employee queries relating to salary, leave, attendance, benefits and HR policies.
* Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
* Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
