Admin& HR Executive Recruitment
We are seeking a highly motivatedand skilled Admin & HR Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Handle weekday reception and daily administrative tasks.
· Assist with space tours and explanations when sales staffare unavailable.
· Maintain and organize member data records.
· Manage documentation in the company’s shared drive.
· Staff attendance & leave record
· Assist in monthly payroll, staff claims
· Process work pass, insurance, CPF and IRAS-related matters.
· Assist in office administration, procurement and officesupplies.
· Support company events arrangements.
· Assist in reception duties such asreceiving calls, guests, mails, goods and courier arrangements.
· Any other HR and admin duties asassigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of full-time admin & HR experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude, and self-motivation.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Candidates with front desk or service industry experience (e.g., hotels, customer service) will be prioritized.
- Additional skills such as preparing PPTs, managing social media, or designing posters are an advantage.

Compensation& Benefits
- Probation period: SGD 2,500–3,200 per month.
- After probation: SGD 2,800–3,400 per month, depending on performance, education, and additional skills.

- Medical Leave: 10 days
- Dental Subsidy: $150–$300 per year
- Education Materials and expenses: $300 - $500 per year
