CEO

This position shall be responsible for the overall strategic management, business development, and operational performance of the Company to provide the marketing solution to our client.
Job Duties:
1. Corporate Strategy and Leadership
• Develop and implement the Company's long-term business strategy and growth plans.
• Establish corporate objectives, policies, and performance targets.
• Lead the executive management team in achieving the Company's vision and business goals.
• Evaluate market opportunities and identify new business ventures, partnerships, and revenue streams.
2. Creator and Talent Management
• Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of digital content creators, influencers, live streamers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Formulate talent development programs to maximize creators' commercial value and audience growth.
• Review talent performance and retention strategies.
3. Business Development
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with brands, advertisers, digital platforms, media agencies, and technology providers.
• Lead commercial negotiations for sponsorships, advertising campaigns, licensing, and collaboration agreements.
• Expand the Company's presence into regional and international markets.
4. Digital Platform Management
• Oversee the Company's operations across major digital platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and other emerging social media platforms.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, monetization requirements, and creator guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend platform diversification strategies.
5. Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase revenue through:
- Creator monetization;
- Brand partnerships;
- Advertising campaigns;
- E-commerce and live commerce;
- Affiliate marketing;
- Digital content licensing;
- Intellectual property commercialization.
- Review pricing models and commercial proposals.
6. Marketing and Brand Development
- Establish the Company's branding and market positioning strategy.
- Supervise marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives.
- Build the Company's reputation within the digital creator ecosystem.
7. Technology and Innovation
- Evaluate and implement AI, digital tools, and technology solutions to improve creator management, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Promote innovation in content production, audience engagement, and digital commerce.
Job requirement
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is strongly preferred.
- Leadership History: 10–15+ years of progressive executive or senior management experience running digital media houses, creator agencies, or MCN operations.
- Track Record: Proven success scaling digital platforms, managing P&L, and driving creator revenue models (livestream commerce, brand deals, ad revenue)
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major social video algorithms and growth strategies across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Talent Management: Ability to recruit, lead, and retain top-tier digital creators, influencers, and production teams.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial planning, strategic partnerships, and investor relations capabilities
