The Chief Executive Officer will lead the establishment, growth, and commercial development of a Singapore-based startup specialising inIT, cybersecurity, and digital risk intelligence. The role requires a founder-minded executive with deep regional experience across Asia Pacific, proven cybersecurity sector leadership, and the ability to build a business from early-stage foundation through to scalable regional operations.
The CEO will be responsible for defining company strategy, building the operating model, developing commercial channels, securing enterprise and institutional partnerships, recruiting high-performing teams, and positioning the company for growth across Singapore, ASEAN, Australia,India, and broader APAC markets.
This role is suited to an executive with a strong record of greenfield market entry, enterprise technology sales leadership, cybersecurity domain experience, and hands-on commercial execution in founder-led or early-stage environments.
The CEO will be responsible for:
- Define and execute company strategy, business model, and commercial roadmap
- Build the company from founder-led formation into a fully operating business
- EstablishSingapore as the regional operating base and centre of execution
- Lead market entry and expansion across ASEAN, Australia, India, and broader APAC
- Develop partnerships with technology platforms, hosting providers, SIs, MSSPs, and channel partners
- Build institutional relationships (including lenders and institutional buyers) to support distribution and growth
- Drive enterprise and institutional sales across cybersecurity, IT, and digital risk intelligence offerings
- Build, recruit, and lead high-performing teams across commercial, technical, product, and operations functions
- Hire and develop senior leadership, including key technical and commercial executives
- Establish governance, operating discipline, investor engagement, and capital strategy
- Represent the company with customers, investors, partners, regulators, and strategic stakeholders
- Create a scalable regional go-to-market model with credibility and operational integrity
The ideal candidate will demonstrate and must have:
- 15 years regional experience in Senior Management with at least 3 to 5 years in Top Executive Management position (s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration
- Significant executive leadership experience in IT, cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or digital risk
- Proven founder, co-founder, CEO, or regional executive experience
- Demonstrated success building businesses or regions from a standing start
- Strong APAC market entry and regional leadership capability
- Commercial experience across Singapore, Australia, India, Japan, Korea, China, and ASEAN markets
- Track record of building partnerships with global systems integrators, MSSPs, security providers, resellers, and enterprise channels
- Proven ability to recruit, train, retain, and lead regional teams
- Enterprise customer exposure across sectors such as banking, financial services, telecommunications, government, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network security, compliance, infrastructure, cloud, and business risk
- Ability to engage effectively with investors, enterprise buyers, institutions, and strategic partner
