The Company

Our client is a growing organization undergoing a cybersecurity transformation journey. The company is committed to strengthening its security posture, enhancing cyber resilience, and building a robust governance framework to support business growth and protect critical information assets. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide security initiatives and establishing a security-first culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security transformation initiatives.
• Lead information security governance, risk management, compliance, and security assurance programs.
• Define and maintain security policies, standards, and control frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
• Oversee security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and cyber resilience activities.
• Drive cloud security, infrastructure security, application security, and identity & access management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and customer security requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity risk assessments, remediation programs, and third-party security risk reviews.
• Lead security audits, certifications, and compliance activities, including ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed security controls into operational processes and technology initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations on security risks, threats, and program performance to senior leadership.
• Manage cybersecurity budgets, vendor relationships, and security improvement programs.
• Foster security awareness and a strong security culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading enterprise security programs and cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in security governance, cyber risk management, compliance, and audit management.
• Experience managing security incidents, remediation programs, and security improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and related standards.
• Experience across multiple security domains, including Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM, Data Protection, Third-Party Risk Management, and Security Governance.
• Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence business decisions.
• Industry experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or other operationally complex environments will be advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or CCSP are highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
