Job Description:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Educator to support our teaching team in creating a joyful and safe learning space for children. In this role, you will:
- Assist the main teacher in carrying out lessons and activities according to the curriculum.
- Help prepare teaching materials and organise the classroom for daily learning.
- Engage with children through interactive activities, including songs, games, and stories.
- Support the observation and documentation of children’s learning progress.
- Supervise and guide children during indoor and outdoor play.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Foster respectful and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education .
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about working with children.
- Willing to learn and take guidance from the main teacher.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage.
