- Engage and respond to inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels
- Build rapport with parents and understand their needs to provide suitable programme information
- Present the school’s curriculum, programmes, and value proposition in a clear and professional manner
- Conduct centre tours for prospective parents and explain learning approaches and child development outcomes
- Address enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support the enrolment process through timely follow-ups and guidance
- Ensure a positive and consistent experience across all parent interactions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and enrolment outcomes
- Work towards enrolment-related targets including conversions and visit attendance rates
