* Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
* Handle food preparation, cutting, marinating and cooking.
* Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation.
* Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
* Monitor ingredients and assist with stock preparation.
* Follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
* Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
* Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef/management.
Requirements: Previous restaurant/kitchen experience preferred; able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; good knowledge of kitchen hygiene; able to work in a fast-paced environment; team player
