Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end RFQ and quotation activities, including BOM review, pricing, and submission.
- Build and maintain customer relationships while identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure pricing, manage supply continuity, and support new product introductions.
- Oversee order processing, delivery schedules, backlog management, and resolve logistics, quality, and commercial issues.
- Track quotation performance, support sales forecasting, and contribute to revenue and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in inside sales, quotations, or customer service within the electronics distribution industry (IP&E experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of RFQ management, BOM costing, pricing, supplier coordination, and order management.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
