Job Scope
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries to evaluate specific application requirements.
- Engage customers daily via phone and email to provide technical clarifications and proactively follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Act as the point of contact for technical and commercial queries for customers, contractors, resellers, and agents.
- Support the Sales Manager in tracking and reporting activities for the Monthly Reporting process.
- Execute contract reviews prior to order entry to ensure specifications match the offer and resolve any unclear requirements.
- Process sales orders and collaborate with the Order Administration team on procurement and shipment logistics.
- Update customers proactively on delivery status and tracking information until the point of delivery.
- Monitor and track customer payments to ensure timely collections and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Requirement
- Experience from electronics component distribution industry or electronics related industries (handling hundreds of products and components) with experience in preparing quotations.
