About:
Our cleint is are currently seeking a hands-on HR Executive (Generalist) to support HR operations and grow with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Support full spectrum of HR functions, including HR operations and administration
- Partner closely with overseas business units to ensure smooth HR service delivery
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries and matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including business leaders and line managers
- Provide HR advisory support and ensure timely resolution of HR issues
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Meticulous, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to $4,200, with AWS and Performance Bonus
- Location: Genting Lane
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
