Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned hardware and software modules by driving improvements to meet customer expectations and product performance requirements.
- Manage product requirements based on market trends and customer needs for semiconductor backend applications, including software and hardware solutions.
- Support product launches through demonstrations, evaluations, customer engagements, and technical training for customers and service teams.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to define new product features, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, sample evaluations, acceptance testing, and beta testing for new machines, modules, and software releases.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for customer issues in collaboration with internal teams and field service engineers.
- Develop technical knowledge through collaboration with global product teams, R&D, and regional support teams to improve product solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within the semiconductor backend industry.
- Strong experience in product requirements engineering, project management, and engineering development processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems, robotics, and technical solutions.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
